Hello! I’m Sarah!
Every character has a story beneath the script. That's the story I love to tell.
Based on the South Shore of Massachusetts, I approach every role with equal parts curiosity, emotional honesty, and fearless play. Storytelling has been at the center of my life for as long as I can remember, and whether I'm diving into the emotional depths of a dramatic role or embracing the joyful chaos of a comedic character, my goal is always the same: to create performances that feel deeply human and impossible to forget.
As both an actor and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), I bring a distinctive perspective into every rehearsal room. My work as a therapist has given me an intimate understanding of the human experience—how people love, grieve, protect themselves, heal, and grow. That insight allows me to build characters from the inside out, grounding every performance in authenticity while honoring the complexity of the people I portray.
I thrive in work that spans the full emotional spectrum. I'm drawn to productions that reflect the realities of life—stories that challenge audiences, spark conversation, and leave lasting emotional impact. Equally, I love stepping into bold comedic roles, eccentric characters, physical comedy, and high-energy performances that invite audiences to laugh, escape, and simply have fun. I believe great theater doesn't ask audiences to feel just one thing—it takes them on a journey. Whether they're laughing, crying, reflecting, or cheering, my goal is to create performances that leave them feeling deeply connected. That versatility is what excites me most as a performer.
I earned my B.A. in Theater with a concentration in Musical Theater from Dean College (2020) and my M.Ed. in School Adjustment Counseling & Mental Health Counseling from Cambridge College (2024). My artistic training, paired with my clinical background, has shaped me into a thoughtful collaborator who values empathy, adaptability, professionalism, and the power of ensemble storytelling.
Directors can expect an actor who arrives prepared, embraces collaboration, takes direction with enthusiasm, and isn't afraid to make bold choices in service of the story. I believe the rehearsal room is where trust creates great art, and I strive to foster an environment where creativity, vulnerability, and play can thrive.
At the heart of everything I do is a simple belief: stories have the power to heal, challenge, inspire, and connect us. Whether I'm portraying someone who reflects the audience's deepest struggles or someone who reminds them to laugh a little louder, I want every performance to leave a lasting impression.
Let's create characters people remember. Let's tell stories that stay with audiences long after the curtain falls.
